Coaching for Success

Coaching For Success is an employment support service designed to assist individuals with barriers to employment. It helps people from Digby and surrounding areas find and maintain employment through the provision of individualized instruction which enhances a client’s skill set.

Job coaches facilitate the skills enhancement process through workshops, one-to-one instruction and supervised, supported job placements within their own community.

Coaching For Success is a referral agency. Eligibility for this program is determined by DALA’s partners.

We are located in the same building as the CRC now, at 151 Highway 303 (the NSCC building, also know as the Venture Centre). Our hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
